The 185' by 270' indoor sports complex will be constructed in the design of a Rubb building. Its design is based on that of airplane hangers, with high ceilings and a clear, open space. Over the steel frame  will be a fabric cover, giving it a translucent look.  All events will take place on a field of artificial turf, which has the look and feel of real grass. Also planned are two high quality outdoor fields, and a 3,600 sq. foot entrance building, providing a meeting room, cafe and office facilities.
